Dr. O’Connell is a licensed psychologist who specializes in the area of assessment and who conducts neuropsychological and psychological evaluations. She completed her doctoral education in clinical psychology at Georgia State University with an emphasis in neuropsychology and assessment. Dr. O’Connell’s clinical experience includes working with individuals who have a range of medical, neurological, and developmental conditions. She also conducts forensic evaluations that address questions of competency and criminal responsibility, and performs other assessments for juvenile, state, and federal courts.
